Job Description

An award-winning design build landscape architecture firm that services high-end residential clients in the Washington D.C. area is seeking a Landscape Supervisor to join their team.

What To Expect

• Lead and manage a team of Crew Leaders and subcontractors
• Monitor daily job site activities
• Create and update 3-week look-ahead schedules to manage project timelines.
• Set expectations for Crew Leaders on a daily and weekly basis to ensure efficient progress.
• Act as the point of contact for client communications, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
• Oversee project closeout documentation, including As-Builts, warranties, O&M manuals, and client turnover packages.
• Ensure quality control on job sites to minimize warranty claims and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, attending seminars, certifications, and educational opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of landscape construction experience
• Knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices.
• Ability to read plans, layouts, and shoot elevations accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity.
• Valid driver’s license.
